Fitness equipment has long been more than just training machinery – it has become part of modern living environments. For Johnson Health, we developed and designed an entire product family with a particular focus on the European market.
The Andes 8 holds a special position within the range. With a completely new appearance, the elliptical trainer was given a distinctive, timeless design language that deliberately sets it apart from the typical look of fitness equipment.
At the same time, the design was consistently developed with cost-efficient manufacturing in mind. The result was not only convincing from a design perspective: the Andes 8 became an exceptionally successful model.
