Motorcycle cases have traditionally been designed to accommodate one or even two helmets. The result is practical and functional—but often bulky and visually heavy.
For Hepco & Becker, we developed the Xcore, a new-generation, more compact top loader designed to meet the growing demand for slimmer, more contemporary motorcycle solutions.
A key focus of the design was creating a premium product experience. The combination of aluminum and high-quality plastic creates a distinctive material mix that balances functionality with a refined, premium feel. The result is a modern and distinctive product with a strong visual identity.
The positive market response to the Xcore led to the development of a matching top case. Building on the Xcore’s design language, we extended the visual concept into a cohesive and recognizable product family.
From the initial concept through CAD development, engineering and visualization, we created a modern product language that brings together function, materiality and brand identity.
