Casco SPEEDairo
Over many years, we have designed numerous helmet ranges for Casco, with several products setting new standards in helmet design. The SPEEDairo is another example.
The design was based on the findings from the development of the SPEEDtime and the aerodynamic results achieved in the wind tunnel. Building on this experience, we created a helmet that deliberately sets itself apart from competing products – distinctive in its design language and consistently tailored to the needs of ambitious cyclists.
The SPEEDairo combines highly efficient ventilation with low aerodynamic drag. Air entering through the front is channelled into the helmet’s double-shell construction, where it is distributed to dissipate heat more efficiently from the head. At the same time, the aerodynamically optimised shape helps reduce drag.
The result is a distinctive, technically driven design that combines function and aerodynamics into an unmistakable product language.
